What Me.md stores
Me.md stores your card answers and settings on your device or in your browser storage. This data is used to build your personal markdown context pack for AI tools.
What Me.md sends to us
Me.md does not upload your card answers, generated files, name, role, tools, or location fields. We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views and privacy-safe product events such as starting training, reaching a milestone, copying an export, or downloading a pack.
Analytics
Analytics events are used to understand whether the product is useful. Events do not include your answers, exported markdown, clipboard contents, raw backup data, or free-text settings. There are no advertising SDKs and no required email capture.
Optional Aprex updates
Me.md may link to optional Aprex updates after export. If you choose to visit Aprex or contact us, that is separate from your Me.md answers. Your answers are not uploaded to Aprex.
Exports
You can export a Me.md Pack as markdown and JSON files. Exports happen only when you choose to copy, share, or download them. After export, you control where those files go.
Sensitive sections
Sensitive context (values, family, relationships) is excluded from normal exports unless you explicitly include it via the “Include sensitive content” toggle. You should review exported files before pasting them into any third-party AI tool.
Third-party AI tools
Me.md can create files intended for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, OpenCode, and AGENTS.md workflows. Those tools have their own privacy policies. Me.md does not control what happens after you paste or upload exported files elsewhere.
Deleting data
You can erase your answers from Settings. On web, you can also clear browser site data. Use Settings → Backup to download a JSON backup of your answers before erasing if you want to keep them.
Changes
If Me.md adds accounts, sync, crash reporting, required email capture, or any new network service in a later version, this policy must be updated before release.
